When we opened Wander Bear Outfitters, we wanted to create a place that encouraged questions and fostered a community of like-minded individuals talking about the sport they love. We want everyone that comes into our store to be happy with their purchase, of course, but we also want them to walk away with a deeper understanding of their equipment and how to optimally use it whether it’s a firearm or a trail camera.
Our store is designed to be a place to share expertise with fellow hunting and target shooting enthusiasts and with those who are excited to begin their journey owning a firearm. We are eager to foster the community of hunters in our region and create a place where newcomers can comfortably engage with the sport and build their confidence. Meet the Owners
Wandering Bear Outfitters is owned and operated by a husband and wife team. Brandon has been hunting and shooting for his entire life while Rayna had done neither before they met. She has always loved the outdoors and has spent a lot of time camping, fishing and hiking in British Columbia, but Brandon introduced her to a whole new outdoors experience. She completely fell in love with hunting and now, with children of their own, they are eager to share their passion for nature and the welcoming culture of hunting.
